Here’s a video that was made by us (Adventure & Media ’11, University of Cumbria) on our expedition back in April to Finland where we spent 4 days trekking through the Seitseminen National Park near Tampere. This should give you an idea of what we get up to.

During our recent trip to Finland, we decided that an itch in the form of Scandanavian paddling really did need to be scratched. Here are some of the shots taken whilst out paddling and from the island we set up camp on that evening.

Might i just take this opportunity to apologise for my lack of output recently. Being stuck in Finland with very sketchy internet access meant that blogging was a tad bit of a problem, and since then due to a trip to switzerland that’s looming closer and the Black to White trip, things have been somewhat busy. So then, here goes!
